About Tay Kratzer

Tay Kratzer currently works as the lead developer of the product called "Reload" from GWAVA. Prior to his work at GWAVA, Tay worked as a Novell Premium Service - Primary Support Engineer for some of Novell's larger customer sites. Tay is the author and co-author of 8 GroupWise-related books, among which is Novell's GroupWise 7 Administrator's Guide (2005), Novell's GroupWise 6.5 Administrator's Guide (2003). He also writes for the following periodicals: Novell Connection Magazine, Novell AppNotes, and GroupWise Magazine.

Tay Kratzer has supported Novell GroupWise for over 15 years and he is a Novell Master CNE. In the year 2000, Tay was recipient of the highest recognition award from Software Support Professional Association.
